Our restaurant's proudest and finest "Wakaran Cuisine" course, which is a rich international blend of Japanese, Chinese, and Dutch cuisine, is said to have its roots in the dishes served to guests by Chinese people living in Nagasaki during the early Edo period, and incorporates dishes from Nanban (Southern Barbarians) and China, with which we traded.*Please note that we may not be able to accept reservations if the entire first floor is reserved for private events.
