Our restaurant's proud "Wakaran Cuisine" course, which is said to have its roots in the dishes served to guests by Chinese people living in Nagasaki during the early Edo period, and incorporates dishes from Nanban (Southern Barbarians) and China, with which we traded, offers a rich international flavor.*Please note that we may not be able to accept reservations if the entire first floor is reserved for private events.

Our "Nagasaki Kakuni" (braised pork belly) has been recognized by the European food judging panel, iTQi: International Taste Institute, often referred to as the "Michelin Guide of food."

Since 2014, we have received the highest three-star rating for three consecutive years and are the first restaurant in Nagasaki to hold the permanent "Crystal Award."
